DS13 and I are doing the TOT 10Miler. The website says that you have to have Photo ID to pickup packets NO EXCEPTIONS. DS being 13 does not have a 'government' issued Photo ID. How can he get his packet?

    Welcome back, PT!

I hope your son is getting excited for his first runDisney race event! October is going to be here before you know it. I trust you were able to get your reservation modified so he would be able to participate :)

And no worries regarding not having a government issued identification for him. With him being a minor, but meeting the minimum age requirement of 12 for participation, you will be able to sign for him like you would any other waiver or paperwork. Just be advised you will need to attend packet pick-up with him at Disney's Health & Fitness Expo.

I hope this information helps to ease your mind, PT! And please do not hesitate to send me any additional questions you may have when planning your runDisney-cation at the Walt Disney World Resort®.

I hope your son has a great race during the 2014 Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ 10-miler! Remember to remind him that hydration will be especially important during this race.

Enjoy running into the 5th dimension!
