Hey there, Mary! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy that you've stopped by with your vacation planning question. Chatting about Disney Resorts is my favorite!
Well, Mary, you are someone after my own heart. I LOVE doing split stays and enjoy a split stay on almost every Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Staying at one Resort in the EPCOT Resort Area and one in the Magic Kingdom Resort Area is my favorite type of split stay, because staying near three out of the four theme parks and enjoying the different vibes of each Resort Areas is just the BEST. I adore the elegant, nautical theme of
Disney's Yacht Club Resort, and with its location within walking distance to both EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios and arguably the best pool in all of Walt Disney World Resort, you are sure to fall in love with this Resort at first sight. The only thing that could possibly be better is a Deluxe Studio at
Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows! This is one of my very favorite Disney Vacation Club Resorts, and with its laid-back, tropical vibe, location on the monorail, and huge, newly renovated rooms with split bathrooms, this will be the perfect magical home away from home. Let's chat about the comforts of home that you will have on your magical summer vacation!
While you won't find a toaster in your room at the Yacht Club, Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries!" In your Deluxe Studio at the Polynesian, you will have a kitchenette that includes a toaster, traditional drip-style coffee pot, mini-fridge, microwave, and more. If you need to use a toaster during the Yacht Club portion of your split stay, I suggest checking
The Market at Ale & Compass to see if there is a toaster available for Guest use, as I am pretty sure that I saw one there on my last visit. Happy toasting!
Mary, I hope this was helpful, and I hope you have the BEST time on your upcoming vacation, my split stay sister! Please stop by any time with any vacation planning questions you may have. You've got a friend in me!
I hope to see ya real soon,
Mandy
