Hello. We are doing a split stay when we visit in June. We are starting at All Star Music and going to the Dolphin. I am wondering if they will do a luggage transfer from All Star to Dolphin.

Hey, Cory, and welcome to planDisney! I love exploring all of the different resorts throughout Walt Disney World, and a split stay is a great way to experience more during your visit! My family actually stayed at Disney's All-Star Music Resort just last week for the first time; it was the last of the All-Star resorts for us to experience, and we had a great time! We loved the theming for each section, especially the jazz section which reminded us of our hometown of New Orleans!

After chatting with a helpful Cast Member to confirm, guests transferring from a Disney Resort hotel to the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel can not use Bell Services to transfer their luggage on their behalf. As my panelist pal Ashley mentioned to another guest with a similar question recently, policies are always subject to change, so you can always reach out to Bell Services at Disney's All-Star Music Resort the night before your checkout and request a transfer, but be prepared in the event that they cannot accommodate your request. What I would recommend as a backup plan is utilizing a rideshare service the morning of your check-in at the Dolphin Hotel and storing your luggage there with Bell Services for the day. The Minnie Van Service powered by Lyft is available for transportation to the Dolphin Hotel; this is the most magical rideshare of all and offers exclusive service between destinations on Disney property and select other locations such as the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.

Another great perk included with your stay at the Dolphin Hotel is access to Extended Evening Theme Park Hours at select theme parks on certain nights! Especially traveling during the summer, this is a great way to beat the crowds and the heat since these extra hours occur after regular park closing and are only available to select guests. If early mornings are more your speed, you can also take part in Early Theme Park Entry - an extra 30 minutes to enjoy each park, every single day!

    Race you to the castle,
    Alison
