We are doing a split stay in Sept. and I have a 2 part question - Due to new COVID-19 restrictions is bell services still able to transfer luggage between resorts and are deliveries from Garden Grocer going to be allowed? Thank you

    Hi Evelyn!

Thanks for stopping by with these great questions! Just like you, we here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel are still taking in all the new information coming out as a result of this pandemic. Per the Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go page, it is my understanding that bell services will be operational and luggage will be delivered to the rooms. I believe it will also continue to provide transfers of luggage.  Deliveries will also be made only to occupied rooms, so I believe you will be able to make your grocery requests. However, keep in mind that information is changing daily, so be sure to check the aforementioned site frequently for updates.  Hope this helps!

Quick tip: Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app on your mobile phone before your trip! Here you can see wait times for attractions and even where you can place a mobile order for many of the fast food kiosks!

Evelyn, it has been a pleasure assisting you and if you need more help planning your vacation, please feel free to send me your question!

Thank you so much for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
