We are doing a split stay at the same resort. We are dvc members and are staying in a studio and then a 1 bedroom. Do we still get the free water park day for both check in days?

    Life is the bubbles, Adam!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for surfing by with your question.  How exciting that you have an upcoming Disney vacation on the horizon. Our family just did a split stay at two Disney Vacation Club Resorts in March, and it was a wonderful way to be a part of two worlds during our Disney vacation.

Adam, I am excited to tell you that yes indeed, with a split stay, you receive the Complimentary Water Park Benefit for 2025 on BOTH of your check-in days! How is that for magic? On both days, simply check your bags with Bell Services after checking in either in person or through the My Disney Experience app. Then, hop aboard the complimentary Resort bus to whichever Disney Waterpark you prefer (or whichever one is open), and get ready to be flippin' your fins all day!

One tip for you, Adam, is to be sure that everyone in your party is listed on your Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.  That is how each Guest will receive the complimentary ticket and be able to tap into the Disney Waterpark on both check-in days.

Our family enjoyed two days at Disney's Blizzard Beach when we did our split-stay in March. In fact, we booked a Polar Patio for our second check-in date. If you are interested in a Polar Patio at Disney's Blizzard Beach or a Beachcomber Shack at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, you can do that beginning 60 days before each check-in date. Sometimes they have same-day availability if you arrive for rope drop and are one of the first in line. But if you want to ensure you have one, I recommend booking it before you arrive.

Finally, I do recommend water shoes for your visit. The ground is hot, especially in the summer. While they do sell water shoes (and many other thingamabobs) at the shops at the Water Parks, you can also bring them in your day bag with your other whoozits and whatsits and wear them on most of the rides. This helps ensure you don't burn those...what do you call them? Oh yes, feet!

I hope this helps you, Adam.  If you have any further questions, swim back over here to see me, and I'll be so happy to help you.

    Magically Yours,
    Keri
