We are doing a split stay between Pop Century and All-Star Music for our up coming trip. What is the best way of our getting luggage from Pop Century to All-Star Music?

    Hello Christy!

Ooh! Split stays are awesome! Not only does Disney make the transition super easy, it's a chance to check out a couple of Walt Disney World Resort Hotels in one vacation. Staying at each resort at least once is on my Disney Bucket List and split stays are a way for me to reach that dream faster.

When checking in, we usually inform the Cast Member that we will be transferring to another resort hotel at check-out. They'll help you with what steps you need to take, but usually, the day before we call Bell Services to schedule a time for them to pick up our luggage to transfer. They will pick up the bags, give you a receipt and then transfer them to your next resort. It's that easy! Be aware that the transfer can take several hours, so make sure you have everything you might need with you.

Enjoy your stay, Christy. We hope to hear from you again real soon!

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
