Hey There, Cathy!
It's nice to see you back at planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question today. I'm excited to hear that you have a slit stay planned during your upcoming stay –– with so many Disney Resorts Collection hotels to choose from, it's tough to choose just one! Like you, my family loves staying at multiple Resorts when we visit Walt Disney World Resort. Where else could you enjoy the sophistication of the European Riviera and the majesty of an African Savannah, all within a few miles of each other? It's almost like getting two vacations in one!
Standard theme park admission can be purchased on the Walt Disney World website
for up to a 10-day ticket. As you'll be visiting the park for seven days during your upcoming stay, this means you shouldn't need to purchase more than one ticket for your entire stay, even though you'll be switching hotels. And as an added bonus, the price of each day decreases as you add days to the ticket, so purchasing one ticket for your entire visit is a great way to save some money, too! Since it sounds like you're having trouble finding a ticket with the number of days you need, let me walk you through the steps of purchasing a 7-day ticket to help you try and troubleshoot the issue.
First, I recommend navigating to the
Walt Disney World website and logging in to your My Disney Experience account, that way, everything can be easily linked to your account during your purchase. Next, hover over the "Parks & Tickets" tab and select "Theme Park Tickets" from the drop-down menu. Scroll down the page until you see "Standard Theme Park Tickets" and click the blue "Continue" button. Now, you should see a screen that allows you to book the number of days you'll need on your ticket, up to 10 days –– click the number of days that works best for you, select the type of ticket you prefer, and choose the date of the first day you'll be visiting the parks. Select the number of tickets you'll need for each age group and click "Continue". From there, you'll be able to follow the onscreen prompts to add any extras to your ticket and finalize your purchase. Once your ticket purchase is complete, don't forget to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations for your visit, too –– remember, you'll need a Disney Park Pass reservation, along with your theme park admission, for the first park you plan to visit each day.
Since you'll be splitting your stay between two
Disney Resorts Collection hotels, be sure to take advantage of the complimentary luggage transfer service between Disney's Beach Club Resort and Disney's All-Star Sports Resort during your visit, too. All you'll need to do is drop your bags at the Bell Servies desk (or have them picked up from your room) and let them know that you'll be moving to a different Resort. Then, you're free to head out for all the fun you have planned for your day. Once you arrive at your new Resort and your room is ready, you can pick up your bags or have them delivered directly to your room –– it's easy and convenient, just the way a great vacation should be!
Thanks for visiting planDisney, Cathy. I hope this helped to answer your question, but if you need more information, please don't hesitate to visit us again –– we're always here to lend a helping hand!
Happy Planning,
Amy
