We are doing a split stay between The Dolphin and Caribbean Beach. Will Disney transfer our luggage? Thank you!

    Hi, Alisha! Welcome to planDisney.

A split stay sounds like such a fun way to experience more Disney magic, and you’re in for a treat at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort! With its laid-back island vibes, white sandy beaches, and easy access to the Disney Skyliner, it’s the perfect place to kick back and soak it all in. My family stayed here last year and loved every second of it. One of our favorite things was the walk from our room to the pool. It’s so relaxing and beautiful!

When it comes to luggage transfers, though, Disney’s Bell Services will only transfer luggage between Disney-owned resorts. Since the Walt Disney World Dolphin is operated by a third party, they don’t offer complimentary luggage transfer to or from it. So you’ll need to move your luggage yourself when switching between the Dolphin and Caribbean Beach.

Taking an Uber or Lyft is often the easiest and quickest way to handle the move, especially if you have a few bags in tow. It’s a short ride between the two resorts and lets you make the switch on your own time.
