    We are doing a split stay with the dining package for both. We have 2TS planned for our first 3 day split and 4TS for the second split. Will this be a problem with our dining package? Will we have access to the entire plan our whole trip?

    Hi Marilyn!

    I am a huge fan of the Disney Dining Plan and use it on almost every trip to Walt Disney World!  Split stays on the plan can be a bit tricky, but manageable.  Your first dining plan entitlements will expire at midnight of your check-out day from the first part of your stay, however, your new dining plan for the second part of your stay will also start on your check-in day which is the same day.  You will have one day over overlap as the entitlements from your first part will not carry over to the remainder of your vacation.  You'll need to make sure that you use all of your entitlements, including your Table-Service meals from your first 3 day split on that overlap day.

    If you have snack entitlements left from your first part of your split stay, you can use them to purchase select pre-packaged candy.  My favorite place to use snack entitlements that are left is at Goofy's Candy Company in Disney Springs.  Here you can find a variety of pre-packaged snacks and candies as well as fresh fudge, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops and even build your own treats like Mickey gingerbread cookies and Mickey shaped rice krispie treats.  All of these sweet treats count as snacks on the dining plan.
