Hi Melissa, and welcome to planDisney!
I’m a big fan of split stays at
Walt Disney World Resort. In fact, I don’t think I’ll ever vacation here again without doing one, because I have such a hard time choosing between my favorite Disney Resorts. Lately, I find myself splitting time between Disney’s Beach Club Resort, for the unbeatable location next to
EPCOT and
Hollywood Studios and the incredible Stormalong Bay, and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, for a night or two of being able to walk to Magic Kingdom. It’s the best of both worlds, and honestly, no matter which resorts you choose, you can’t go wrong.
Unfortunately,
Bell Services is not able to transport an
ECV between resorts regardless of the company utilized. Since you’ll be at Typhoon Lagoon that day, the best option would be to keep your ECV with you. You can take the complimentary bus from your first resort to
Disney Springs, transfer to the Typhoon Lagoon bus, and enjoy the day knowing you’ll have your ECV on hand as long as you need it. After your visit, you could then use the ECV to make your way to Disney’s Beach Club Resort, so it’s with you for the remainder of your trip.
I hope this helps as you finalize your plans. If you’d like suggestions for must-try bites at
Typhoon Lagoon or some of my favorite snacks along
Disney’s BoardWalk, I’m happy to share.
See you real soon!
Brent
