If I am doing a split stay at Bay Lake and then at Beach Club do I have to purchase Memory Maker twice?

    Hiya, Janet!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by with your question. Your summertime visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth will be here before you know it, and it sounds like you're already doing a fantastic job getting everything organized for an unforgettable vacation. Before long, you'll be walking down Main Street, U.S.A., making magical memories, and enjoying all the fun that awaits at Walt Disney World Resort!

I absolutely love that you've planned a split-stay! Bay Lake Tower and Beach Club are both fantastic choices, each with its own unique atmosphere. I actually have a split-stay planned for this summer as well, and it's something I do quite often. There's something special about experiencing two different resorts during the same vacation. It almost feels like you're getting two Disney trips rolled into one!

I love that you're planning to add Memory Maker to your vacation! If you're hoping to capture all those magical moments with family and friends, it's a fantastic investment. I'm happy to share that a single Memory Maker purchase will cover photos taken during a 30-day period, so you'll be able to use it throughout both of your resort stays without needing to purchase it again.

One of my favorite things about Disney PhotoPass photographers is how skilled they are at capturing those special vacation memories. Be sure to ask about Magic Shots, too! These fun enhancements add a little extra Disney magic to your photos and often become some of my family's favorite pictures from our trips.

One important reminder: once you redeem your Memory Maker purchase, you'll have 30 days to download your photos before they expire. I always recommend downloading them as soon as possible so you can be sure those magical memories are safely saved and ready to enjoy for years to come!

Here's another fun perk to keep in mind! This summer, Guests staying at a Disney Resort receive complimentary admission to a Disney water park on their check-in day. Since you've planned a split-stay, you'll actually have two separate check-in days. That means you'll have the opportunity to take advantage of this benefit twice during your vacation if it fits into your plans. It's a great way to add even more fun and value to an already amazing trip!

Janet, I hope you have the very best trip. As you put the finishing touches on your plans, please know that you're always welcome to return here at planDisney.
