We are doing a split stay this august between Wilderness and Yacht. SO very excited for both. My question is, is it possible to add club access on upon check-in?

    Hi Lori,

It sounds like you have an amazing vacation planned with a split stay between Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Yacht Club Resort! Both of these resorts offer unique and magical experiences that are sure to make your trip unforgettable.

Disney's Wilderness Lodge is a stunning retreat inspired by the grand lodges of America's national parks. Nestled among towering pines and alongside a sparkling lake, the rustic beauty and serene atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax. The rich wood furnishings, intricate totem poles, and cozy fireplaces create a warm and inviting ambiance. When staying here, you can enjoy amenities like the feature pool with its own water slide, and convenient transportation options to the parks, such as the boat service to Magic Kingdom. Don’t forget to make time to dine at Whispering Canyon Cafe, this is one unforgettable dining experience.

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort has a charming New England nautical theme, complete with elegant decor and stunning views of Crescent Lake. One of the highlights of this resort is the incredible Stormalong Bay, a three-acre water wonderland featuring a sand-bottom pool, a lazy river, and one of the highest hotel water slides at Walt Disney World. This pool area is often considered the best at Disney, providing hours of fun and relaxation.

Staying Club Level at either of these resorts adds an extra layer of luxury and convenience to your vacation. Club-level guests enjoy access to exclusive lounges, complimentary food and beverages throughout the day, personalized concierge services, and more. The Club Level lounges are a perfect place to unwind, enjoy a snack, and plan your next adventure in the parks.

Regarding your question about adding Club Level access upon check-in, it's important to note that availability for Club Level upgrades cannot be guaranteed at the time of arrival. These rooms are limited and highly sought after, often booking up well in advance. If staying Club Level is a priority for you, it's highly recommended to book it in advance to ensure you secure this magical experience for your stay.

However, you can certainly request a Club Level upgrade when you check-in. The front desk staff will do their best to accommodate your request based on the current availability. It's always worth asking, and you might get lucky!

    Have a magical trip!
