    We will be doing several tours this trip. Should we be tipping the cast members who conduct the tours? We are doing VIP Ultimate Day of Thrills, Wild Africa Trek and Behind the Seeds tour. We just want to do what would be considered appropriate. Thanks!

    It sounds like you have an amazing trip planned!  These are three very exciting tours...I am jealous!

    Tipping is a personal choice and should be based upon your experience and how well you think your tour guides do.  We have participated in several of Walt Disney World's special tours and have always had excellent guides.  We have also always given our guide/leader a tip.  

    Obviously, you will tip your VIP guide more than the Behind the Seeds tour guide since it will be for a much longer time.  The Behind the Seeds tour is relatively short.  We did that one last year, and I think we tipped our guide between $10-$20.  We tipped more for the Wild Africa Trek since it was a longer experience, and there were four of us on the tour.  

    You should use your discretion for all of your tips.  It is certainly not mandatory, but I do think it's a great gesture for a job well done!
