    We're doing the Royal Family 5K (stroller division) in Feb, our 1st race. Since we can't run with a stroller, should we bother trying to transport our jogging stroller (a complicated endeavor) or just bring our MacLaren umbrella?

    Hi Sean!

     I think you should give the MacLaren a practice run at a 5K distance.  If you think it handles easily enough for you to push it at better than a 16 minute/mile pace for 3.1 miles, then you may just want to stick with it.

    The Family Fun 5K's are really fun races!  I hope you have a great time.  Please let me know if you have any other questions leading up to your event.
