    Hi moms! When doing a resort change during your stay, how does transportation work? Do you get a cab voucher like when golfing?

    Hi Laura:

    When we've switched Resorts in the past, we've always relied on Disney World to transport our luggage between Resorts and then made our own way to the new Resort via Disney transportation, taxi (that we paid for), or walking where possible.  I've never thought to ask for a taxi voucher, nor have I ever heard that Disney provides taxi vouchers when switching Resorts.  But it never hurts to ask, so I would feel free to make the request. 

    If you are unable to secure a taxi voucher for your Resort switch, contact bell services to arrange the luggage transfer.  It may take several hours for the transfer to occur so if you arrange luggage pick-up in the morning, you may not see the luggage again until later that afternoon.  If you are planning to spend the day in the Parks, that may not be a problem.  However, if you think you'll need items in your bags at an earlier time, say if you plan to go swimming early, I would keep a small bag with you in case.
