I am doing research.. I have 2 children, husband & myself going.. I was wondering how do I get everyone’s magic band set up? Do I have to create individual accounts and link them to me? Just trying to be on top of getting things ready!

Hi, Tabitha! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

How exciting that you're planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! As you're getting ready to start linking everything together, you can use your own My Disney Experience account for everything and add your husband and two children to your Family & Friends list, or you can have your husband create his own account and connect to each other. My husband and I each have our own My Disney Experience accounts; I added our daughter to my account and then invited my husband to connect via Family & Friends. This allows either of us to plan FastPass+ experiences, book dining reservations and view Memory Maker photos for the whole family.

Once you're logged into My Disney Experience, go to "My Profile" and then "MagicBands & Cards" to link your MagicBands to your account. If you're a Walt Disney World Resort hotel Guest, this is also where you can reset your PIN used for purchases charged to your room via your MagicBands, too. If you choose to set up your children under your account, this is where you'll go to manage their MagicBands as well.

I hope these tips will help you get started, Tabitha! If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know. You can also check the Frequently Asked Questions on the Walt Disney World Resort website or reach out to the tech support team via online chat, email or phone.

    Happy planning,
