We are doing a quick 5 day trip with 11 people-6 adults and 5 kids (ages 8,7,6,6,6). We are getting the dining plan so all meals out except for breakfast. Which is cheaper: 2 rooms at a Value Resort (that sleep 6 each) or a Villa that sleeps up to 12?

    Hi, Shannon!

Rates on Resort rooms of all types fluctuate by travel seasons, and Walt Disney World has several of these defined based on variables like school calendars, holidays, and more.

Without knowing your specific dates of travel, I hesitate to give you a definitive answer, as there are so many factors that might affect the cost per night.

Your best bet to learning about comparable rates is to give the Walt Disney Travel Company a call at (407) W-DISNEY. Those Cast Members have the latest and greatest numbers, including any discounts that might be available!

If you'd like, drop me a note with your specific dates, and I'll be glad to throw out some other options for you (I'm thinking two of the Cabins at Fort Wilderness, in the Moderate class of Resort, each of which can accommodate up to six and features a full kitchen),

    Have a great trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
