Doing planning well in advance of a Dec 19-29th trip..... How far in advance can I find out about Fantasmic shows at DHS? Want to do the Fantasmic Dinner Package at least once and maybe twice. Will dates be known to make ADRs 180 days in advance?

Hi Rodney!  This is a very popular event for many families vacationing at Walt Disney World so you will want to make your reservations as soon as you can.  Disney has tried to keep the park hours and events up to date coordinating with the 180 day Advanced Dining Reservation timing.

To see which days will have Fantasmic during your stay you will need to go to the website, www.disneyworld.com, and click on the Hollywood Studios main park page.  You will see the word "calendar" off to the left side and click on that. Once you see the calendar just set it for the correct month and then click on the individual days to see what is planned.  The calendars are published so you can see six months ahead as they know how important the dining reservations are for their guests.

Since you will be traveling during a busy holiday time be sure you know your 180 day window for calling and keep checking to see when the calendars are updated to include December.  I usually have a couple of plans in place and switch around days if I find that the special parades or fireworks are not scheduled when I had hoped. Then you are not feeling like you have to start all over again.
