    Going to be doing our on-line check-in soon. My question is we have a request for the room location(which i know isn't gauranted) should i fax the request at that time or about 10 days out?

    Hi Nicole! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I bet you are getting excited that your next Walt Disney World vacation is right around the corner! Before you know it you will be basking in that wonderful Florida sun and you will be surrounded by Disney magic!

    One of the things that I love so much about the Walt Disney World Resort is that they really try to make your vacation easy and seamless. Online resort check-in is a convenient way to simplify your arrival. Our family uses this service each time we travel and I have had nothing but a great experience with this! It has been my experience that when we have participated in online check-in that they will ask if there is any special requests. I always put my request in at this time if I am asked. If it does not give you the option for a special request, you also can call the reservation phone line and the cast member can place your request on your reservation.

    I hope that you have a pixie dusted vacation and that you get the request that your heart desires!
