Hi! We are doing a 7 night eastern Caribbean cruise in March with a Star Wars day at sea. Will there still be a pirate night on our cruise? Our family dresses up so we were wondering if we need both sets of costumes!:)

    Ahoy there, Mikaela!

Shiver me timbers! A 7-night Eastern Caribbean voyage on the Disney Fantasy? Sounds like you will be making the jump to hyperdrive since it’s going to include a Star Wars Day at Sea. Having done this cruise before, I have to say it was one of my all-time favorites for all the added activities and entertainment offered!

Bring ALL the costumes because you will be needing them for your Star Wars Day at Sea and Pirate Night. While there currently is not a “Pirates IN the Caribbean” deck party at the moment, Captain Mickey has a new fireworks show called “Disney Ever After” that’s SEAsational! Just to give you an idea of what to expect, the Experience Updates page will fill you in on what will be offered onboard and ashore during your voyage, particularly the On the Ship section.

On your 7-night itinerary, there will be bandanas in your stateroom, pirate themed activities and a pirate menu during your rotational dining. Look out for a swashbuckling takeover of the dining room that evening! To know the actual schedule of events once onboard, make sure you have downloaded the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. That will help you know what days the pirate mayhem will happen and when the intergalactic fun is slated for your Star Wars Day at Sea

No need to walk the plank if you have more questions-chart a course for planDisney again! Pretty soon, all that will be left is to plan and pack your costumes and get ready to spend lots of time surrounded by characters and pirates!

    Happy Sailing!
