Ahoy there, Sara, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you’ve already picked out the perfect holiday gift: a
7-Night Very Merrytime Western Caribbean Cruise. Let’s unwrap what magical moments you have in store so you know exactly
what to pack for your adventure on the
Disney Treasure.
It looks like you’ll want to pull out your finest pirate garb on Night 4, after your day in George Town, because that’s when you’ll be partying like a pirate! In addition to the
Pirate Night Deck Party, you can expect to enjoy a Caribbean-themed dinner and even take pictures with your favorite Disney pals in their buccaneer best. You’ll also want to turn your attention to the skies after the festivities on deck because, weather-permitting, you’ll get to enjoy fireworks at sea like only Disney can create. If it were me, I would head up to Deck 12 for a spectacular view of both the show on the stage and in the sky.
Since you sound like a planner, I thought you might also appreciate knowing that Mickey & Minnie's Holiday Party will take place on Night 3. Attire for that night is Cruise Casual, but I love bringing coordinating holiday pajamas and taking pictures under the tree in the Grand Hall before the party begins. Speaking of dinner attire, plan to pack your sparkles and sequins for Formal Night on Night 2. And finally, you can also get spiffy on Night 6 when the theme is Semi-Formal. Of course, entertainment and activities are subject to change, but you can keep up with the most up-to-the-minute details via the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
It won’t be long before you’re embarking upon one of my favorite sailings, Sara. Even Castaway Cay will be decked out in its holiday finest! It’s the perfect time of year to pick up gifts and souvenirs you won’t find during any other season. And if any other questions arise before embarkation day, I hope you’ll head back to us here at
planDisney!
SEA ya real soon!
