I am doing the half marathon 11/3/24 and have a party ticket for EPCOT which allows entry at 5pm. Can this be linked to my account and give me the ability to book Lightning Lanes? Not sure how to proceed with the special event ticket.

    Hey there, Justine!

Welcome back to planDisney and thanks for racing over with another fabulous Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! I'm so excited to hear you'll be participating in another exciting runDisney race weekend very soon. As a fellow runDisney enthusiast myself, I'm happy to help you prepare for a pixie-dusted race-cation!

Justine, first of all, I want to wish you the very best of luck with the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon. I hope your training has been smooth so far and wish you a fun-filled race experience! I understand you've purchased admission to the Post-Race Party. How exciting! This year marks the 15th anniversary of Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, so this party is sure to be  dazzling and memorable. Like with most special events and after-hours parties, Lightning Lane Multi Pass will not be offered during the Post-Race Party. However, due to the limited number of tickets sold for this exclusive event, I think you can rest assured that you'll be able to experience a number of attractions with relatively low wait times!

While the party doesn't start until 10:00 p.m., partygoers will be able to enter EPCOT as early as 5:00 p.m., Justine. That means you'll have the chance to experience offerings as part of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival before the sun sets! Be sure to explore all of the Global Marketplaces offered during this year's festival. You could even refer to the Disney Eats: Foodie Guide for this event to map out your "must-eats" ahead of your visit!

Justine, I hope this information helps you to plan ahead for your upcoming race-cation. I wish you a most magical and memorable trip to the Walt Disney World Resort, filled with good food, great times, and shiny medals! If you have any additional questions before your stay, you can always pop back over to planDisney anytime. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
