Hi, we are doing our first big family vacation and staying at the Polynesian Resort in February. I made my $200.00 deposit, do I pay the remaining balance at the hotel when we get there or is it done another way? Also where do we get the refillable cups?

    Hi Stephanie,

Wow, your vacation is just a few weeks away. Let me quickly help you so you can start packing!

When you make a room-only reservation at a Disney Resort hotel, you only need to put a deposit equivalent to the first night stay, and the balance will be due when you Check-In. On the other hand, when you book a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, which includes a stay and Theme Park Tickets, you are only required to put down a $200 deposit. Its balance is due 30 days before arrival.

The Disney Dining Plans are a great way to balance your meal budgets. For 2017, all three available plans include a refillable drink mug per person, which can be used at any of the self-service beverage stations in any Disney Resort hotel, during your entire stay.

One last tip: be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app, which will help you plan every day of your stay, quickly adjust or make FastPass+ and dining reservations. See you real soon!
