Doing the Epcot, Princess dining. How can I enjoy that day and reservation at the fullest if is at 4:50? Also good Italian choices that take the dining plan in Disney? Is Winnie the Pooh, Crystal palace good for 10 month old & 7 yr old? And the food?

Great questions Diana! Epcot actually has many fun things to do and see for your family. Check out Imagination, Turtle Talk with Crush, the Land boat ride, and Innoventions.  Soarin would be fun for the older child so you would need to take turns on that attraction. You can travel around the world in the World Showcase and let the kids top at each country and enjoy Kidcot activities. It is a great way for them to learn and meet cast members from around the world.

Tony's in the Magic Kingdom and Mama Melrose in Hollywood Studios are two Italian type restaurants which are included in the 2013 standard dining plan. Other locations will include Italian choices on their menus.

I think the Crystal Palace with Winnie and friends is perfect for your age children. It is a buffet meal so you can time it according to your children's needs and the visits with the characters. You can leave at any time if you need to and it is located right next door to the baby center in the Magic Kingdom. We have always found the food very good here with lots of choices for each meal offered throughout the day.
