Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited that you were able to get your tickets for
Disney H2O Glow After Hours! My Prince Charming and I were just discussing what dates we wanted to go on ourselves this year. I’m a massive fan of Powerline Max, so I will never miss an opportunity to get my picture with him, so seeing that he will be in attendance at the event this year made it a no-brainer for me.
But enough about me, let’s chat about your question! Currently, Guests taking the
buses to Typhoon Lagoon will have to transfer at Disney Springs (buses will run up to 1 hour after the event). I know there was direct bus service from select resort hotels to
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon a couple of years ago. When I spoke to a Cast Member, he couldn’t confirm whether that will happen this year or not. One piece of advice he shared that I wanted to pass along is that, since this is subject to change, be sure to check with Cast Members at the Port Orleans Resorts when you arrive. They will be able to update you on whether a direct bus is available on the night of the event. If there is not a direct bus option, you can also use the
Minnie Van Service (one of my favorites) or park your personal vehicle at the event (as long as space is available).
