If you are doing the Disney Land and sea can you leave your car at the resort and take the Disney cruise line bus option?

    Hi, Michelle!

A visit to Walt Disney World then setting sail with Disney Cruise Line....Now that is a magical vacation fit for royalty!

Parking at Disney Resort Hotels is for the exclusive use of registered hotel guests. Since you will be checking out, you will be unable to leave your car at the resort during your cruise. However, since you will already have a car, you might find it easy to simply drive to the port! It is only about an hour drive to Port Canaveral from Walt Disney World, and the parking garage is just across from the drop off zone and Cruise Terminal so it is super convenient. Parking is approximately $20 per day (subject to change). After your cruise, you will be able to hop right into your car and zoom away with happy memories of your amazing Disney vacation.

If you really want to use Disney transfers to the Cruise Terminal, I suggest driving to the airport, parking your car in long term parking, and using Disney transportation from Orlando Airport. This is definitely not a cheap way to go, but it would allow you to skip the drive to Port Canaveral. A roundtrip Ground Transfer to/from the airport is about $45 per guest (subject to change) and should be arranged ahead of time by calling Disney Cruise Line.

Michelle, I hope you find transportation that is convenient for your travel party! Enjoy your vacation on both land and sea. Bon Voyage!
