Greetings Caroline and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Do not be nervous about your little one! Remember that she will be able to share from an adult plate, and you can always order her something from the children’s menu and pay out of pocket. What I usually suggest to families that have kids that age who are big eaters is to make reservations at restaurants that offer buffet or family style service. This way you can always feed your little one as much as she wants. Some of our favorite
dining locations are: Biergarten Restaurant, The Garden Grill, Tusker House Restaurant, 1900 Park Fare, Liberty Tree Tavern, The Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey’s, ‘Ohana, and Hollywood and Vine. These are Table-Service locations that require one Table-Service entitlement from each member of your party, except for your 2-year-old.
As for Quick-Service meals, look for venues that offer children’s menus. Our favorites in this department are Sunshine Seasons at Epcot, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café and Be Our Guest Restaurant (breakfast and lunch only for Quick-Service) at Magic Kingdom Park, ABC Commissary at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the amazing Sa’Tuli Canteen at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope we can help you plan magical memories!
