If I understand your question correctly, you’re wondering whether the Discover Disney Theme Park Tickets will be available for purchase by Florida residents in 2016. Although they aren’t called “Discover Disney” passes this year, from what I’m able to see at the
Florida Residents Discounts page, there seem to be some specially priced 4-Day and 3-Day Florida Resident Disney Select Tickets available for purchase by, you guessed it, Florida Residents. These tickets do have blockout dates associated with them, so if you want to visit during a date that has been blocked out, you’ll have to purchase non-discounted
Theme Park Tickets.
