We are doing a cruise feb 2020, we are paid in full, and it says about filling out cruise documents. Is that something they send us, or do we find that somewhere on the site?

    Hi Rebecca!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I am so excited to “sea” that you have a Land and Sea vacation planned for early next yEAR!!  You will certainly get to experience it all – the theme parks, an incredible Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, a voyage with Captain Mickey AND Castaway Cay!  Wow!!  You are going to create some incredible memories on this unforgettable and magical vacation!

As a first-time Disney Cruise Line Guest, your Online Check-In and onboard booking window will open 75-days prior to setting sail.  Once that date arrives, you will have access to the cruise documents online to complete the Check-In process.  When doing this, you will want to have passport information and pre/post-cruise travel information handy to complete the process.  It is also during this time that you can register any Mouseketeers for the onboard Youth Clubs so that they can receive their Oceaneer Bands when you arrive at Port Canaveral for embarkation!

Once you reach the 75-day mark, you will also be able to reserve any onboard fun such as Port Adventures, beverage tastings, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeovers and adult-exclusive dining reservations!  If you find that not everything you are looking for is available when your booking window opens, I suggest checking back as Guests will often change their plans, opening up opportunities for other Guests to book!  And, you can always check once onboard for availability, too!

So, if you don’t have that date noted on your calendar yet, go ahead and do so now!  Oh, and here’s a hint…you don’t have to complete the Online Check-In before booking onboard fun!  As long as you complete the Online Check-In at least three days prior to embarkation, you will be good to go!

Wishing you a FANTAStic adventure at sea, Rebecca!

    Happy Sailing!
    Stephanie
