    We are doing breakfast next Friday at Chef Mickeys but aren’t staying on property. Can we park for the day at the Contemporary hotel for free? Or should we park at the transportation depot and take the monorail to the restaurant and then to MK after?

    There is no better way to start the weekend than at the Walt Disney World Resort having breakfast at Chef Mickey’s with Mickey and friends. Add a visit to Magic Kingdom Park and you have the perfect day!

    Guests who have dining reservations at a Disney Resort hotel are welcome to enjoy complimentary self-parking during their meal. Since you are visiting Magic Kingdom Park after breakfast, you should park in the Magic Kingdom parking lot, take the monorail at the Transportation and Ticket Center to Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and after breakfast enjoy a 5-minute walk to the park. At the end of your day, take the monorail or a boat back to the Transportation and Ticket Center to get your car at the parking lot.
