A warm planDisney welcome to you (and a hello from the Pacific Northwest), Lynn. Thanks for dropping by to share your question with us. Woohoo! It sounds like a visit to the Disneyland Resort is in the works and I'm delighted to help you prepare.
It sounds like you purchased your theme park tickets from the Disneyland site. If this is the case, you shouldn't need the confirmation number to find your tickets and they can easily be accessed in the
Disneyland app. Open the app and tap the "☰" to open the menu. Next, tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Here you will see all of the tickets that were purchased under your Disney account. As another option, if you open the email with your confirmation number, you will find a button to "Access Your eTickets." Tap on this to view and even print your tickets if you like. Finally, you can also reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the
phone line for Tickets if none of the above options work for you. They should be able to take your confirmation number to locate your tickets.
It's a great time to visit the Disneyland Resort. I just returned from a visit and soaked in as much magic as I possibly could. I love this time of year and seeing all of the pink flowering Tabebuia trees around the parks. We're also getting very close to the start of
Pixar Fest on April 26th. I think I'm most excited about the six Pixar-themed marketplaces. Disney Parks Blog recently posted all of the delicious details in the
Foodie Guide and I can't wait to sink my teeth into all of the eats and treats on my must-try list.
Lynn, I hope this is helpful and that you are able to locate your theme park tickets. Let us know if there's anything else that we can help with. Here's wishing you a most magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
To infinity and beyond!
