    It doesn't look like Genie+ is active with my tickets in the phone app.

    Disneyland Resort will bustle with Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival activities during your visit! It's great that you'll be utilizing the Disney Genie+ service during your stay - which will save you time waiting in lines by selecting return times at designated Lighting Lane Entrances creating your Best Day Ever!

    Sharon, sometimes the Disneyland Mobile App has quirks, so please try to log out of the app and then log in again. If that is fruitless, then please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it after you restart your mobile device. If you are unsuccessful at this point then I recommend contacting Help Center “Disney Genie Service” for assistance, they always work their special brand of Disney magic over there!

    I recommend making Theme Park Reservations using your theme park admission online or on the Disneyland Mobile App. Take a closer look at the in-Genie-us features in the app which can streamline your plans based on your preferred attractions - that little friend reminds me to eat of all things - Disney Genie really has a friend in me!

    Something to keep in mind is that you will also have the option to purchase designated “á la carte” Lightning Lane Entrances for those hugely popular attractions. You can do this at either Disneyland Resort theme park on the day of your visit.

    Pro Tips - The Disney Genie+ service, includes Disney's PhotoPass® Service - link your attraction photos and those fun photos including "Magic Shots" by Disney PhotoPass Photographers (check your app or paper theme park maps for locating photographers) and you will receive unlimited downloads for the day you purchase the Disney Genie+ Service. If you are a Magic Key Pass holder, or you have a Park Hopper ticket, then you will be able to park hop after 1:00 PM after you visit your first reserved theme park. Beyond that, on the same day, you can go between the two theme parks until closing.
