Greetings, Marie Jill!
Glad to have you aboard at planDisney! I hope you'll be soaking up some sun and running on island time soon, but let's make sure you've got the right travel documents to keep your travel sailing smoothly.
For
Disney Cruise Line sailings in the Bahamas and the Caribbean, Canadian Citizens (including children) are required to have an original valid Canadian Passport as well as an original valid Trusted Traveler Program (NEXUS, FAST). It's really helpful to add your passport numbers to your guest information at least 75 days before sailing. You can do that by going to
My Online Check-In and updating your Guest Information Form.
There are other documents that you'll need to have ready before you start your adventure. To see the ones specific to your itinerary you can check the Passport & Travel Documentation Guidelines section under
My Reservations on your Disney Cruise Line account. I know planning an international trip can sometimes be challenging, so remember that you can always
contact a cast member for help, too!
If you're cruising in the Bahamas then I hope your itinerary includes
Disney Castaway Cay! The
Parasailing Port Adventure there is still one of my favorite things that I've ever done. Wherever the seas take you, I know you will have a magical voyage, Marie Jill!
Please drop me a note if you have other questions I can help you with!Keep moving forward!
Amanda
