    What documentation do we need to have with us to get into the Fireworks Dessert Party with Palace Garden Viewing? Is the reservation on our Magic Bands? Do we need to print a copy of our reservation Confirmation Number and take it with us?

    Hi Beth! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    You are SO close to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. With an event like the Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing booked, I know you are in for a magical time!

    For most dining reservations, you check-in by giving the name on your reservation. With that said, I always have my confirmation number with me just in case. I tend to be overly prepared and have never had trouble with our reservations, but better safe than sorry! Since I always have my phone with me in the theme parks, I keep the confirmation e-mails for my dining reservations (including dessert party events) on my phone so I have the confirmation number with me that way. Printing out your reservation and taking it with you to the event would also work well. Even though you aren't likely to need the printed confirmation, the peace of mind is worth it to me!
