Is Docking Bay 7 on the quick service dining plan? Also still trying to decide b what days we're going to be at each park. How important is it to have reservations for Saving work shop?

    Bright Suns Staci!

It’s so nice to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I sense the Force is strong with you, especially if you are planning a visit to Savi’s Workshop. At Savi’s Workshop you will be able to construct your very own Lightsaber and bring it to life through the power of Kyber Crystals. Here, you must decide if your Lightsaber will resemble the path of the Jedi, or if you will be turned to the Dark Side by choosing a Power and Control themed Lightsaber. No matter the theme of Lightsaber you choose, I guarantee the Gathers will help you select the heart of your Lightsaber (the Kyber Crystal) that best suits you! A reservation is highly recommended for this experience so be sure to schedule yours 180 days prior to your arrival.

Remember, all Jedi need to fuel up and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is just the place to do so. I absolutely love the meals offered here; they are truly prepared with ingredients from all across the galaxy. The best part is this Quick-Service restaurant does accept the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. I recommend ordering the Moof Juice with your meal, it’s one of my favorites! I also suggest taking advantage of Mobile Ordering. You can avoid the line by placing and paying for your order, at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, using the My Disney Experience Mobile App! It’s so convenient and makes traveling with my Younglings much easier.

I hope this has helped you plan out your day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and has made your travels to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge much simpler. Please visit us again here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any more questions about your upcoming trip as you continue to plan!

May the Force be with you!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
