Sonia from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Can a DMV drivers lic permit(print out) be used as a valid CA id to purchase a annual pass? It has proof of residence.

    Hiya, Sonia!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you intend to purchase a Disney Southern California Select Passport, available to guests who reside in zip codes 90000 to 93599. Or you may be interested in a monthly payment plan, offered to guests who reside in zip codes 90000-96199. Either way, I'm so glad to hEAR you will be joining the Passholder family!

When purchasing a Disneyland Resort Annual Passport that has residency restrictions, a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residency within the eligible zip codes are required. Valid forms of ID include even temporary ID forms provided by the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles. The way I think of it is, if it is accepted as a valid form of ID for such things as age verification for certain purchases or for transacting business with the government, then the Disneyland Resort would have no trouble accepting it either.

You are going to love getting the most out of your new Annual Passport. And you'll want to keep going back to the Disneyland Resort to enjoy the many recently-added and upcoming offerings! And don't forget the Passholder discount benefits. I love the savings at many of our favorite dining locations, even many locations at the Downtown Disney District!

    Have a magical time, Sonia!
