Hello Lynn and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for this great question!
The
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan is an incredible way to experience all of the sweet and savory culinary creations across Walt Disney World Resort- and to indulge in a few Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars along the way, too!
Teppan Edo is such a unique dining experience. My girls love to watch the chef create Space Mountain out of a pile of onion rings and flip shrimp tails into his or her hat! Delicious and entertaining! I took a moment to contact Disney Dining on your behalf and was told that unfortunately, the sushi does not count as an appetizer on the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, however, you are free to pick off of the appetizer section of the menu. That being said, if you are looking to enjoy some sushi during your magical vacation and would like to utilize your Disney Dining Plan Entitlements, did you know that you can get sushi at
Kabuki Cafe in Epcot as a Snack Entitlement? They have a few choices: California Roll (my personal go-to), HAKO Sushi, and Combo Sushi. Please note that the Disney Dining Plan is always subject to change at any time.
I hope you have a most magical (and delicious) vacation! Please come and visit us again soon!
