Hi there, Allyson!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for stopping by with your great question. I'd be happy to assist you with planning your trip to the Disneyland Resort.
While the idea of a "twilight ticket" or reduced price ticket after a certain time of the day is a fantastic idea, unfortunately this type of ticket is not currently offered for Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. Your husband would have to purchase a standard Park Hopper or One Park Per Day ticket for his visit.
Another option for your husband and family this last night of your trip is to spend some time soaking up all of the Disney magic you can find in the
Downtown Disney District and
Disneyland Resort Hotels. Between all of the fabulous dining, shopping, and entertainment here, you can have a wonderful and memorable evening without having to purchase a park ticket for him.
Some of my favorite non-theme park offerings at the Disneyland Resort are Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar in the Disneyland Hotel, Napa Rose in Disney's Grand Califronian Hotel & Spa, and Goofy's Kitchen (for a Character dinner!) at the Disneyland Hotel. Plus you can enjoy bowling, ice cream, or virtual reality fun in the Downtown Disney District as well. I have spent an entire day enjoying these great options without ever stepping foot in the parks.
I hope this helps and feel free to return if you have any other vacation-planning questions. Have a Fantasmic day!
