Hey Shawn!
Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re happy to help!
It’s such an exciting time to be visiting the Disneyland Resort!
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is accepting guests at Disneyland Park to join The Resistance in an epic battle against the First order and the
2020 California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is in full swing at Disney California Adventure Park! Make sure to grab a Sip & Savor pass to eat your way through the festival! If there's one thing you need to try it's going to be the Carbonara Garlic Mac and Cheese, Yum! You’ll be happy to hear that the new daytime parade “Magic Happens” has made its debut at Disneyland Park and it's quite the fun parade. You won’t want to miss it!
I see you’ve already found where to
rent a wheelchair for the day. Unfortunately, there are no loaner wheelchairs available at the Harbor entrance or the Tram drop off area. I’d recommend that you take the Tram. About 20 feet from the Tram drop off there are some benches and also a cool water fountain with a built in bench. The person who needs the wheelchair could wait at one of the benches while someone else in the group goes to rent the wheelchair and back to pick them up. The Disneyland Resort is on a smaller scale than Walt Disney World. Even though you’d be walking to the rental counter and back, it’s not a far walk at all. I think it’s doable and probably your best bet.
Well Shawn, I hope you found this information useful and if you have any more questions for us you know where to find us.
Remember, always believe in the magic!
