We will be going to DL in late October and bought tickets for Halloween Night Celebration. Initially I was going to purchase a 3 day hopper, but since I bought tickets for Halloween night, I was thinking to purchase 2 day park hopper rather then 3 day?

Hi there, Ella! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so excited that you will be experiencing all the spooky fun of Mickey's Halloween Party this year!

If you will be visiting for three days next month and have already purchased tickets to Mickey's Halloween Party, then I think it's a really smart idea to only purchase two-day Park Hopper tickets for your other time at the parks. Your Mickey's Halloween Party ticket allows you entry into both parks starting three hours before the party begins. So on Halloween, you can perhaps enjoy a character breakfast at Disney's PCH Grill, Storytellers Cafe, or Goofy's Kitchen. Then, have some pool time at your hotel followed by shopping at the Downtown Disney District. Starting at 3:00 p.m. that day, you can head on into Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. Then, of course, it's party time at Disneyland Park from 6:00-11:00 p.m. That is a full day of Disney fun for just the price of your Mickey's Halloween Party ticket! (Keep in mind that if you want to enjoy the parks on Halloween before 3:00 p.m., you will need a regular theme park ticket as well.)

For your other two days at the parks, you can get started early and have a fabulously fun time all day with your normal two-day Park Hopper tickets. The only thing you might miss out on with purchasing a two-day ticket instead of a three-day ticket is the one Magic Morning entitlement. However, if you are staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, then it doesn't matter since you have Extra Magic Hour every day of your stay!

I hope this helps. Please return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you may have!
