    How is DL handling guests w/ special needs during modified ops? In past we used the ride time reservation system, is it currently available? Our Autistic son is great, and compliant; but doesn't handle standing in line for long periods.

    Thanks for stopping by with a wonderful question! And, a very warm welcome to planDisney! 
    The Disneyland Resort is committed to making sure all Guests are able to experience the magic of “The Happiest Place on Earth!” That includes Guests with mobility or cognitive disabilities. Once you’ve arrived inside the theme park, stop by Guest Relations to chat with a Cast Member. The Disneyland Park location is at City Hall while the Disney California Adventure Park location is at the Chamber of Commerce. You will be asked to explain your son’s needs so the Cast Member can assess what accommodations can be made. One solution is the Disability Access Service (DAS). This service provides guests with a return time for attractions, so they don’t have to wait in the standard line. If a Cast Member signs your son up for DAS, you’ll be able to schedule return times at the various Guest Relations locations throughout the theme park. I am happy to report that this service remains available at the Disneyland Resort.
