Greetings, Leslie!
The upcoming opening of
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is one of the most anticipated events in the history of the Disneyland Resort. My family and I are beyond excited for this amazing experience. We can’t wait to pilot the
Millennium Falcon, sample
blue or green milk, or maybe even
make our own lightsabers.
After June 23, 2019, reservations will no longer be required to secure a time to experience Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. To make visiting the new land as smooth as possible, a virtual queue system will be used. Guests will request to join a boarding group to Batuu. While your group awaits its turn to journey to the Black Spire Outpost, you will be free to enjoy other experiences at the Disneyland Resort. For a limited time that also includes the exciting Star Wars-themed
Hyperspace Mountain. When your boarding group is cleared for entry into Batuu, you will receive a notification in the
Disneyland app or via a non-technology option in the park.
Be sure to follow along with the “
Know Before You Go” series presented by Disneyland Ambassador Justin Rapp on the Disney Parks Blog. You’ll be among the first to learn news about the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park.
May the Force be with you, Leslie!
