    Hi, i have diverticulitis, and will be attending the food and wine festival in October. Is there any way to get an ingredient list for the dishes that are served, so I can make sure not to try anything that may have seeds or nuts?

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Speaking from experience, I've personally chatted with the Special Diets team about various menus, including those found at Epcot's International Food & Wine Festival. You can contact them directly at special.diets@disneyworld.com or (407) 824-5967. I've also found that while visiting each booth, a chef will be nearby to address any concerns. 

    I can assure you Walt Disney World takes special care of their guests with dietary limitations. Enjoy your time at Food & Wine, Paul!
