I want to dive at dive quest. I am a big guy to they have bc’s to fit me. Probably a 5 xl

    Duuuuuude, welcome to planDisney!

So, I see you’re interested in exploring the big ‘ol blue through EPCOT Seas Adventures – DiveQuest...give me some fin! This is one Enchanting Extras Collection tour that I have yet to try, but after doing some research for you, I think I will have to add this to my to-do list for sure! Who doesn’t want to swim around a 5.7-million-gallon aquarium surrounded by 2,000 sea creatures? Just make sure you don’t become sharkbait (hoo ha ha).

Looking at the fine print for DiveQuest, it looks like they have wetsuits available up to 5X for adults, so I would assume that they would have buoyancy compensator or buoyancy control devices matching the sizes of the wetsuits as well. To be safe, I have a suggestion for you. The check-in for this experience is located in the Guest Relations building just after entering EPCOT. Before your experience, you could go to the check-in area and ask them if they have the gear you need in your size which will give you peace of mind and ensure a smooth sign-in process on the day of your actual experience. If you do this more than 24 hours before your reservation and find that you need to cancel, you will be able to do so without penalty. Another option is to roll the dice with a same-day reservation or walk-in. Although advance reservations are recommended due to limited availability, you could inquire about the appropriate sizes before securing a reservation.

I did want to point out that this enchanting extra does require participants to be SCUBA certified and proof of that certification needs to be present with the Guest. If you do not meet that criteria, the EPCOT Seas Adventures – Dolphins in Depth is available. One of my planDisney friends, Melissa H, absolutely loves dolphins. She is amazed by their intelligence, joyfulness, and playfulness, and cannot recommend this extra enough!

Since you're planning on visiting EPCOT, I’d be remiss to not send you some of my favorite food and drink options. In the France Pavilion, Les Vins des Chefs de France has a super refreshing Citron slush that is perfect on a sunny Orlando day. Over in Germany, Karamell-Küche will satisfy your sweet tooth, and in Norway, Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe offers the infamously delicious School Bread and Viking Coffee (a perfect blend of adult beverage and caffeine pick-me-up to power you through walking around the world).

I hope this information helps you, Jeff. If you have any additional questions or if you would like any more suggestions, please visit planDisney again, or submit me a question.

    Give me some fin,
    Brent
