When at the Disneyworld water parks, are beach towels provided?

    Hello again, Rhonda!

If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, then beach towels are complimentary when you visit the Walt Disney World water parks. If you staying at an off-property hotel then beach towels will be available for rent. Rental towels run around $2.00 per towel but keep in mind prices are subject to change at any time. You are also welcome to bring beach towels from home. This can make it easier to spot your chairs since most of the towels laid out will be the ones provided by the water park. I typically like to bring my own just because I do like to have one to dry off with throughout the day and then a clean one to freshen up with when I am leaving the water park.

Something I also really like about Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is the bathhouses that you can use to freshen up in at the end of the day. There are plenty of showers to rinse off in and they all offer complimentary H20 toiletries to use. There are separate changing areas, vanities and even hairdryers to use as well. It's very clean in there and the perfect place to get ready if you aren't going straight back to the hotel after your water park day is over.

Rhonda, if you have more questions about your upcoming day at the water park, please come back and ask me. I love the Disney water parks and I am excited to help you plan the most magical day!

    Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
