Hi Sherrie! Thanks for asking your question to the Moms Panel. I will admit, this one was a challenge, but I have an answer for you. After speaking with the Arborists in the Horticulture department at Walt Disney World, they have told me that all of the Value Resorts do have Magnolia trees. That being said,
Disney's Pop Century Resort would probably have the least amount, especially if you request an interior, pool facing room. The outer facing rooms would have more foliage and landscaping. They also told me that
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, which is a moderate, is not listed as having Magnolia trees, but that there may still be a few on property, but definitely less than some other resorts.
I hope this will help you to decide which resort to choose, and that you have a wonderful, allergy-free vacation at Walt Disney World! Please come back and ask me any more questions you may have.
