We will be at DisneyWorld 4th-6th. Husband is Lead Traveler and he was to pick up tix at will call. Unfortunately, he injured his back today and won’t be making trip. How can we switch lead traveler to reflect my name?

Hi Jill, and welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Your time will be here before you know it. I am sorry to hear that your husband won’t be able to join you on this trip; the good news is that you can always plan another trip that includes him at another time.

No need to worry, as long as you are on the reservation you will be able to take over his lead traveler duties. Also, if need be, you can reassign his ticket to another user as long as the ticket has not been used. Using the My Disney Experience mobile account, you will choose the three lines at the bottom right and select “Tickets and Passes.” Locate the theme park ticket that belongs to your husband and pick “Reassign Ticket,” and choose the individual on your Family and Friends List to reassign it to. I hope this helps.

I know you are prepping for your arrival, but please let us know if you need any additional assistance.

    Have a magical vacation!
