Greetings Brianna, and welcome to planDisney!
Oh my garland!
The holiday season is my absolute favorite time to visit Walt Disney World. The seasonal decorations, music, and special treats make me so very jolly. I can't wait for you to experience some of it as it comes to life in early November.
If you prefer your merriment to start a little bit later in the month, or you're just hoping to see the regularly scheduled entertainment, you're in luck!
Disney Enchantment, an all-new nighttime extravaganza that will take you on a journey to a land of magic, will debut October 1 and continue throughout the entire
50th-anniversary celebration.
At this time, nightly holiday-themed nighttime entertainment is not going to be part of our world, but keep your eye on the
Park Hours Calendar for more information regarding schedules and times for Disney Enchantment and other evening activities. Currently, times for Disney Enchantment appear about 60 days in advance.
Disney's Very Merriest After Hours will feature Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show, but this is a separately ticketed event that takes place after the
Magic Kingdom Park closes on select nights beginning November 8. You should have plenty of opportunities to experience Disney Enchantment during your visit, as after-hours events do not impact everyday operations in the theme parks.
I hope you have a holly jolly holiday this November, Brianna! I visited that same week last year, and it was such a great way to kick off the season. While we were still putting away our Halloween decorations at home, the Walt Disney World theme parks were already transforming into a winter wonderland! Be sure to check the
Disney Parks Blog and
follow us on social media for updates and planning tips as your vacation approaches. Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question, and if there's anything else we can do before your trip, don't hesitate to reach out again.
Wishing you a very merry visit!
