Disneyworld 7/1-7/7 a party of seven total staying in three separate DVC rooms. For dining plan will each person need to have their own key card swiped at each meal or snack? OR is one key per room loaded with all the meals/snacks for the people in room?

    Hi Bernice!

It sounds like you have a great Walt Disney World vacation planned out for a large group! You'll all be in the heart of the magic before you know it!

Although the Disney Dining Plan is loaded onto each and every Key To The World Card in your party, only 1 card per room reservation needs to shown to your server at the end of your meal. You will need to advise the server which dining parties are connected to which cards so that the credits will be deducted accordingly.

When picking up snacks or quick service meals in the parks, only one card is needed to be shown per room as the credits are all in a 'pool' per room reservation.

Each time you dine or pick up a snack, you'll receive a receipt copy which will outline how many credits your just used, and how many credits remain in that category. You'll find it handy to check the balance remaining now and then, to be sure that everything is on track.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel Bernice. I hope you'll visit me again soon with more great questions or requests for recommendations!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
