I'm sorry to hear that you had to be taken to the hospital on your last visit. I hope everything is ok. I haven't heard of this type of compensation yet but it's not a typical situation. If you remember the cast member's name, it would be helpful. Also here are a couple of options to reach out to Walt Disney World. This is a link to the Disney Contact Us page and here is the telephone number for U.S. Guest Information (407) 939-6244.
